EnclosePro Alafaya Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2025 by a team of Central Florida tradespeople who spent years watching homeowners struggle to find a sunroom contractor who understood the local conditions - Florida's heat, afternoon storms, sandy soil, and HOA-managed communities. They set out to build a company that handled every project the way they would want their own home handled: properly permitted, honestly quoted, and finished to last.
Based in Alafaya, we work primarily in the communities east of Orlando - neighborhoods near Waterford Lakes, Stoneybrook East, and along Alafaya Trail, where screened lanais and older porch enclosures are common and homeowners are ready to turn underused outdoor space into rooms they can enjoy year-round.
Most of Alafaya's homes were built between the 1990s and 2000s, and those original outdoor enclosures are hitting the age where they need real attention. We help homeowners make smart decisions about what to repair, what to convert, and what to build from scratch - without overselling or cutting corners to win the job.

We handle all permit applications and inspections through Orange County's Building Division. Every addition we complete carries a closed permit and final inspection sign-off.
